The patient complained of inability to eat, and six implants were performed in molar area on both sides of upper arch. The teeth were loaded with porcelain-fused to metal crowns and the patient was satisfied with the results. After one year the patient came back to change the old restoration in the front region of the upper arch. The remaining decayed roots and old restoration were removed an three dental implants were placed and loaded with porcelain-fused to metal bridge after 6 months. Finally the patient was satisfied with her new situation, as she was able to eat and smile well.
